We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return a product without any manufacturing defect or valid reason (such as a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product), a ₹350 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Additionally, the return courier/shipping charges must be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for arranging and sending the product back to our return address. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.

Important: Spare parts, accessories, and compatible components sold by Swaraj are non-returnable and non-refundable. Since these products are model-specific, customers are requested to carefully verify their appliance brand, model number, and compatibility before placing an order. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for spare parts ordered incorrectly or due to compatibility issues.

If your return request is approved, you may send the product to us via India Post Speed Post only. Please share the Speed Post receipt either by email at support@swaraj1.com or via WhatsApp at +91 77385 57373. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will reimburse the Speed Post charges along with your eligible refund.
