What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer two shipping methods: Normal Shipping, which is free and takes 6 to 7 business days depending on your location, and Express Shipping for Rs. 80, which delivers in 3 to 4 business days.

How do I place an Order?
To place an order, simply visit our swaraj1.com online store, browse the products, and select the items you wish to purchase. Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter your shipping details with pin code and contact number and choose a payment method. Once the payment is processed through our secure Razorpay gateway, you'll receive an order confirmation via email. How Can I Return a Product?
To return a product, you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your item. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return process, contact us at support@swaraj1.com. Once your return is approved, it will either be collected by our logistics partner or you can send it to us via Indian Speed Post. Please email the Speed Post receipt to us for reimbursement.
