We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Spare parts, accessories, and compatible components sold by Swaraj are non-returnable and non-refundable. Since these products are model-specific, customers are requested to carefully verify their appliance brand, model number, and compatibility before placing an order. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for spare parts ordered incorrectly or due to compatibility issues.

If your return request is approved, you may send the product to us via India Post Speed Post only. Please share the Speed Post receipt either by email at support@swaraj1.com or via WhatsApp at +91 77385 57373. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will reimburse the Speed Post charges along with your eligible refund.
