The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, contact us at support@swaraj1.com. Once your return request is approved, the product will either be collected by our logistics partner or can be sent to us via Indian Speed Post. If you send the product through Speed Post, please email us the receipt, and the shipping charges will be reimbursed as per our policy.

Important: Spare parts, accessories & attachment parts are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. We request customers to carefully check their mixer grinder brand, model number, and product compatibility before placing an order, as returns for spare parts will not be accepted due to compatibility or ordering errors.
